Fruits and Vegetables Processing Line
Fruit and vegetable processing lines are used to transform fresh agricultural products into juice, puree, concentrate, and other processed products. They can be configured for different raw materials and final products and are suitable for processing a wide range of fruits and vegetables, including apples, citrus fruits, tomatoes, mangoes, peaches, apricots, dragon fruits, and carrots.
Fruit and vegetable processing lines cover the complete process flow from raw material preparation to finished product handling. Fresh fruits and vegetables go through stages such as washing, sorting, peeling, pitting, crushing, extraction, concentration, and sterilization according to product requirements. The processing sections that handle fruit and vegetable products are made with food-grade SUS304/316L stainless steel. PLC-based control monitors key parameters such as temperature, flow, and processing time, while CIP systems support cleaning procedures between production runs.
