Shanghai Joy operates a smart manufacturing park in Dongtai that covers approximately 198700 m², with around 320000 m² of total floor space. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with more than 1200 CNC and production machines, including gantry machining centers, milling machines, laser cutters, and automatic welding equipment, which allows us to manufacture mixing and storage tanks, sterilizers, evaporators, freeze dryers, filling machines, and complete food and beverage production lines in-house, with an annual capacity of around 2500 sets of equipment and 220 fully automatic processing lines.

We use multi-agent system (MAS), digital twin (DT), and digital simulation (DS) technologies to control the manufacturing process from 3D digital simulation to automaticd precision machining. These tools guide the different production stages, while high-precision machining produces core equipment that meets hygienic requirements and operates reliably over the long term

Shanghai Joy completes as much assembly and testing as possible before the equipment or processing line leaves the factory. The main process sections are pre-assembled at the factory on skid frames, where the piping, valves, and related components can be connected and tested before shipment. Once they arrive at the customer’s site, the modules only need to be connected and installed.

We manufacture all mechanical spare parts at our own CNC machining center, so we can check their quality closely, control production costs, and maintain delivery schedules. Strict 6S management and established production and quality-control procedures guide each stage of manufacturing. We keep commonly used spare parts in stock, so replacement parts can be shipped without long waiting times. Online tracking also lets us follow each order and handle after-sales requests more quickly.
