Biological Fermentation Processing Line

Biological fermentation processing lines are used for products that depend on microorganisms to grow or produce specific compounds, so the main challenge is keeping the fermentation environment stable and free from unwanted contamination. Our fermented processing lines use CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) before production to clean and sterilize the closed processing sections, while PLC control monitors conditions such as temperature, pH, and oxygen level during fermentation. Since microorganisms can react quickly to changes in these conditions, keeping them within the required range is important for a stable fermentation process.

When fermentation reaches the required endpoint, the fermented product can be cooled or sterilized right away to stop the microorganisms from continuing to grow. It can then be sent to the blending or filling stage without allowing the fermentation to continue longer than intended.
