Bottle water filling lines rinse, fill, cap, label, and pack purified water, spring water, and mineral water in PET or glass bottles. Based on the filling configuration, they can also handle sparkling water and other container formats. To protect packaging cleanliness, these filling lines use ionized air to neutralize static electricity and remove dust or particles attached to the bottles. The layout of their conveyor is adapted to the dimensions and shape of each bottle, with suitable guide-rail spacing and smooth transitions at curves to keep bottles upright as they move through the filling line. The PLC adjusts the speed of each conveyor section so the bottles keep a steady distance from one another and are less likely to bunch up, collide, fall over, or get scratched.
